No. U can use it. Apple TV device will limit the resolution based on ur tv. For eg, if ur tv is full HD Apple TV will limit its resolution to 1080p maximum. If its a 4k tv it will play the content in 4k.

I have the 1st gen apple tv 4k since 2018 works still perfectly fine to me 32gigs is enough for me and for me the concern is if the thermal paste gets dry in this apple tv it does not have any fan to cool it like 1st and 2nd gen apple tv 4k have so lets see.

Bro, itni tarif kr diye ho, mere pass v ye device hai, main disadvantage v bata do. Siri search home page pe kaam nahi krta hai third party apps k lie. Sabse important it doesn't show "up next" for any apps other apple tv because it is region limited. India me you cannot connect any app to apple tv app. Normal android tv me sare apps k continue playing and up next show hota hai, even netflix v.
