If any of you doesn't have thumb button open the BP_CombatCharacter -> Event Graph -> Ability Events -> then change the input in Secondary Ability Input

Very good work. Thank you, I'm happy to pay for something like this. However, I have a question. I want destructible meshes. For example, when the projectile hits, the glass should shatter. Unfortunately, there are only tutorials with the Firstperson Shooter template. I ask for explanation in this context.

Everything works great but when I get to the end to apply magic to the weapons i hit left mouse in game but no magic casts. Am I missing something?

Ive already built a multiplayer game using your magic module and I want to add DCS (swords) to it, rather than the way your showing it in the vid. Is this possible and if so, how would I do it.

Hey hows it going? I watched this entire video and everything got implemented pretty much perfectly. It was a great help, how ever for some reason when the fireball spell is launched it does not follow the courser instead if i am looking straight ahead it shoots down to the ground is there any reason why this might be?

No you don't need it, Magic pack can work as stand alone as well, it just lacks melee combat

Here what i found out so far. i noticed that if i follow this video and copy every thing. I am missing Wb_Crosshair. I migrated it from Magic to DCS. I open BP_CombatCharacter and i am missing function - UpdateCrosshairPosition - I copy function nodes from Magic to DCS and now The target WB cross hair is in error I try to set new target as WB_Crosshair but nothing shows up

Hello love it so far, but the implementation video is missing key parts such as how to create the missing elements from the Ability Interface such as: Casting Speed and Magic Damage. In the next part in the Events Manager you also get a bunch of missing elements and errors. I've done it twice now to make sure. I'm certain you must have skipped something important. Can you please advise?

For the casting speed and magic damage, open the enum E_Stat_Type and add them to the list.

The input is Thumb Mouse Button. If your mouse doesn't have thumb button open the BP_CombatCharacter -> Event Graph -> Ability Events -> then change the input in Secondary Ability Input

Welp, my project continuously crashes when I retarget the magic anims to my skeleton, so I guess I did all that shit for no reason... (EDIT: Fixed with 4.25). Anim Compression crash).

there similar template from unity that's called "Invector shooter Template (that contain Melee, Range and add-on spell)" in Unity it's similar on Dynamic Combat System in UE4

Great Job on creating this. It isn't working like you said in the videos but I still think you did an incredible job. I disliked the video because the recording quality. No disrespect but it's hard to understand over your accent and this video I think is for more advanced users of the Engine. You are moving pretty fast, so anyone that is new to Unreal or not as versed would be completely lost. In the spirit of advancing all minds maybe slow it down or offer this project in a course on Udemy, or Teachable?
