Great lesson! And also I'd like to point out thanks for going the extra mile and briefly recap things like export settings when explaining seemingly simple things.

THANK YOU!!!! question. not sure why my rotation kept going and stopping, can i make it rotate continuously? thanks.
@sarkamariАй бұрын
Weird! The node rotates the texture and UVs over time, and it only stops if there’s no time-based input. Just check to make sure you’ve got a time node connected to keep the rotation going.

@@sarkamari it is strange, i have it exactly the way you have it...time and speed to Multiply to Rotator to Texture...

@@sarkamari i figured it out. it only in preview mode and on a Mac computer, because the Mac graphic card wasn't fast enough it kept stopping and going and stopping. but when i rendered the video it's playing continuously

Question: May I ask how I can use a material MATH node to offset a UV across an Atlas? Ultimately, I would like to use a Control Rig controller (set to integer) that would offset the UV across the atlas one UV tile at a time? When the Controller is moved along the X axis, the controller will be at an integer value of 0, 1, 2, 3,...24. The controller’s integer value would offset the UV one UV tile at a time across the texture atlas coordinates set in the material, the UV would pop across the atlas not slide across the atlas. Linking the UV position in an atlas to a Control Rig controller is on my mind. Thank you for this video, it is brilliant.

Hello, Hope you are good. You are amazing teacher. I am following you from last year. Please make videos on these topics: 1) Maya light baking maps and texture baking maps step by step. How can i bake lighting and textures in Maya (2020 Onwards version) in easy steps? On KZbin few videos available on this topic which are very old and incomplete process. 2) Maya to UE5 work flow. for example. I make environment in Maya with complete UV, texturing/shading, lighting etc, now open that environment in UE5. How can i open that environment in UE5 with same result as Maya Arnold result? ( is it possible without baking?) please make complete detailed video step by step import/export formats etc. 3) How can we render multiple camera setup in Maya in one go (if possible) ? Please make detailed and easy video step by step. I hope you consider my questions and make videos on these topics. Thank you :)
