@Benson Jensen thanks for your reply. I found the site on google and I'm in the hacking process now. Takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.

I love how at around 1:06, after breaking the wood, he has so much pent up energy from it, that he has to throw out another 2 techniques just to release it. Total power and focus.

More like, it hurts like shit.

@@Ch0obyHD Ahahahha I was thinking the same... I think he was releasing the pain... and it is the human part of an unhuman performance. I have a lot of respect for this guy, he was amazing.

Looks like he jammed his toe, tried kicking to get some momentum outward, and then stamped his foot down to try to recover. Honestly the extra technique made it look like he messed up.

RIP Sensei Gushi, you will be missed :(

I like this way. I also like the explanations. A lot of people look down on breaking boards or bricks as having no use. But it's all part of training. And it builds confidence. If you can punch through a brick with your face, how afraid will you be of other things?

bull why don't they tell you about the arthritis and chronicj joint pain that this excessive crap gives them you think hitting a hard surface regularly does nothing l
@ayyubbhikoo728410 жыл бұрын
Osu, I agree.I believe slowly conditioning the body parts is far more effective.Then hitting hard a hard surface with force.Strike it slowly with breathing.
@gerardpoisson20426 жыл бұрын
well, I don't know because Mas Oyama took regularly X rays of his members and all was ok....I'm 70 years old and I train every day since a long time and I've no problem...The key is to do it on the long term, you don't have to hurry....
@ninthkaikan15444 жыл бұрын
kev joseph If you take your time, your body will adapt to it so there will be no injuries. Muay Thai does this conditioning as well.
