Excellent understanding of Uechi's principles. This kind of training to keep it effective is the way to keep it alive for the next generation.

I am an Okinawan Goju Ryu practitioner. I just discovered your channel a few days ago and subscribed. You have excellent content. Please put English subtitles in your future videos so those that myself and others can understand the explanations for your techniques. Thank you.

Shame how people don't know what karate is, essentially D: They think karate is not grappling with punching, real martial art that would be accepted in the world of modern martial arts as one of the most complete(more complete and well rounded than boxing, wrestling, bjj, kickboxing...) Bouncing on 2 meter distance is not something I discredit, but it has NOTHING to do with Okinawan Karate as masters of old meant to be. It is very young sport concepted in 1940's in Japan, it shouldn't be even called karate because of misinterpretation, and the bad side of it was destroying kata as a concept, as people started to thing of kata as something that can be applied on 2 meter distance while bouncing and forgot about grappling(which is 80% of karate) which is the range that kata can be applied.
