One of the nicest and sweetest guys, in all of MMA. He's simply a class act and a wonderful person. Beyond that, he's a killer in the ring. I absolutely love the guy. My dream for Mark would be that he could win the belt and defend it once, before he retires. I would love to see his life story made into a movie. It would be epic, particularly if if finished with him holding the UFC heavyweight title.

+Giorgos Vasileiadis He said at around 01:08 about having to cut 10/11 kg the day before a fight! In other words, he was very fat and had to cut considerable weight to get to where he now is without cutting. If he went through a weight cut now (he doesn't have to this time) then he could probably get down to 112kg or something like that. Just over 120kg is now his "walking weight" and that is much slimmer than before. I think he got up to around 150kg at one point when he wasn't fighting.
