Khabib is thinking that Ariel knew IN ADVANCE that the fight contracts where just a ploy to gain leverage. This is not the case, but the language barrier is a problem here. Ariel didn't have the prowess to realize the issue. Khabib thinks that Ariel knew that the contracts weren't going to materialize into a title fight, but withheld that information from Khabib.
