Jones's division is shallow like Flyweights. (Divisions where 40 ufc fighters compete, Lightweights alone has 100 ufc fighters) Pereira with only kickboxing skills beating every champ in Jones's division. That would be impossible in Lightweight. If Jones was between 135-170 divisions, he would lose many times, Reyes arguably beat him and Reyes doesn't have high level skills.

DJ isn’t the UFC GOAT. As a man who went to ONE, which has a far more competitive scene in the lighter weight brackets, DJ is the MMA GOAT. He has transcended the organization of the UFC. He’s the best in the sport. You can’t say in one breath that the UFC flyweight rooster isn’t deep enough and then say transferring to ONE brings nothing to the table for DJ. If ONE doesn’t have strong flyweights and the UFC doesn’t have strong flyweights, where are all the strong flyweights? Do 125 pounders just suck on a global level? Are there no good 125 pounders? If there are good 125ers, where are they then, if not ONE?

The answer is one of the ones you said. Flyweight is an inherently worse division than featherweight and lightweight. Here's why: the average height of a man in developed countries where there are martial arts gyms is ~175cm/5' 9-10". Now you look at how much muscle and how much fat elite MMA athletes have and you figure out what most of them are going to weigh. And basically, most flyweights are ~168cm/5'6". Which is just not a very common height for a man. Therefore with fewer natural flyweights, there are fewer of those guys with one in a million genetics for power and cardio. This is compensated for a bit by the fact that when you train as a smaller guy you have to get better technique to make anything work against bigger opponents. Therefore, in your local wrestling gym the smaller guys are probably better than the bigger guys, but on the world stage where everyone has elite technique, there are a lot fewer flyweights with elite genetics, and it's harder to fill a division with super genetically gifted athletes at flyweight.

Khabib never said he is Goat, despite this his name is always being brought because of his much superior fame (37 million IG followers) compared to other ufc champs (even Jones has 8 million IG followers, not even close to Khabib fame). Goat shouldn't be about title defenses only, that makes no sense. It should be about inside the ring and outside the ring success, both Khabib and Conor has that fame, but Khabib has more success inside the ring and is the Lightweight Goat.

John and George Aunt legit double champs, and neither is connor. A legit double champ climbs the rankings or defends those belts in those weight classes to prove that they could be dominant in more than one weight class. George beating bisping doesn't count he waited for a stylistically great matchup dove in there for a one and done. Cyril gone also a bum until John fights some real heavy weights, then it doesn't count. UC John keeps calling out the smallest guys he can, Stipe, now he's calling out middleweight Pereira!!

DJ losing to Henry Cejudo isn't as bad as GSP vs Hendricks or Jones vs Reyes or Gus imo Because GSP never rematched Hendricks, and Jones had the privilege to rematch Gus when Gus was washed up who just got knocked out by Rumble Johnson DJ already BEAT Cejudo and lost a CONTROVERSIAL decision and was traded if they rematched, it would've been a different story with Jones, he was gifted a win against Gus and didn't rematch Gus immediately like most wanted to see
