I'm certain that Francis did learn more in that one fight against Stipe than his entire career and that he will be adding a lot of tools to his toolbox and he looks to be doing that by shedding a lot of unnecessary weight (maybe to increase his cardio and conditioning) for his fight against Derrick Lewis.

Taxi Driver. Ngannou needs to be more assertive. He needs to be with a solid team where he trains exclusively. I get the impression he's still fucking around not really committing to anyone and that could lead to his downfall. Find a top gym, not Syndicate MMA. How many top fighters are at that Gym? Joanne Calderwood? LOL!! In order to be the best he needs a solid team around him that just dedicates everything around him, like Stipe's got. He can't just be free-lancing, like it seems he's doing. He needs to get away from Las Vegas and train at an elite MMA gym. He can't just solely rely on his natural physical attributes. However, Jon Wood the Head Coach at Syndicate MMA is an excellent MMA coach. Now is he as good a Head Coach as Greg Jackson, Duke Roufus, Conan Silviera, Mike Brown, no, but nonetheless he's still a very competent Head Coach.

He definitely needs a real team behind him. He would be unstoppable if he went to Jackson Winx and lived in the dorms there. I have the same feeling that those people he was training with before were taking advantage of him. Also was thinking that maybe he created a huge debt with them for them to help him get here and maybe thats why he feels so much pressure to win and freezed up.
