MMA H.E.A.T.'s Karyn Bryant catches up with UFC middleweight Chael Sonnen and hears what he has to say about getting a rematch with champ Anderson Silva. Chael lost their first outing to a triangle choke, and has been very vocal about "requesting" another chance at the Brazilian. Chael addresses the criticism that he's bullying Silva, lets us know what he does in his down time and also talks about leaving politics. We even get treated to a Destiny's Child serenade.

I'm such a fan, and I love his fighting style. Plain an simple like the Diaz boys, if you sign to fight one of them you are going to be in a fight, bottom line. I also love Anderson, and I think he is the most dynamic, dominant fighter since the UFC went no gi. Going to be fun to watch, don't expect this one to go the distance.
