Because Jon is petty af. DC shows respect and takes the high road then jon opens his mouth. Even in this interview towards the end DC praises him. After the steroid scandal from the second fight DC didn't talk much shit. Made several posts saying people should lay off trolling Jones. Jon then kept bad mouthing DC every chance he got. I think Jon Jones is a amazingly talented martial artist but not so much a good sportsman. And finally after his fight against Rashad I started rooting for him as a fighter, I officially became a fan. And, don't me wrong, I still am. But I've also become a fan of Cormier since his debut. And seeing an undefeated amazing up-and-coming Olympic level wrestler, well. Motherfucking Daniel Cormier. Going against a Jon Jones. It's exciting to see DC be the new champ and win against Jones, I want that, and I'm rooting for DC. I think Cormier will be force to go for takedowns. And from there, we will have to see what will happen. Daniel Cormier is a beast and an olympic wrestler. It could be obvious that he will win in a takedown. Forcing Jones to keep the fight up on their feet. Or Jon Jones can stop Cormier's takedowns, and keep the fight on their feet anyway. I mean, Jones would be known to stop takedowns, that was before Gustafsson had let the world know that he can be taken down. Daniel Cormier can only win by submission. And if he can get close enough or find an opening, a knockout. But the knockout is low. Jon Jones can only win by dominating the fight. Pretty much by decision. Because I don't see Cormier getting knockout, nor caught in a submission move. I mean, the submission? Maybe, but it's low. The most dangerous fighter going against a beast. With the great skills Jones have, can Jones contain the beast, or will the beast be released come January 3rd? Tough call.
