The implants are covered in what appears to be a protective myelin and collagen sheath. It attaches itself to the surrounding nerve tissue using various proteins. It may become mobile to avoid removal and there is some evidence to indicate it may cause the subject harm if it is not handled properly. These implants also emit what seem to be a form of low energy electromagnetic radiation and it may be receiving and transmitting data to an unknown source. They're Real and they've been visiting us for quite some time. A couple friends and I were out after dark one night and suddenly a UFO appeared 50 ft away from us, hovering over a small pond. In shock we stared at it for at least a minute and a half, there was three aliens staring back at us while they were moving around, two of the aliens were short with large heads and large eyes. The concern I have I have had since the tic tac video came out. Mr Elizondo was in charge of an office that ‘investigated’ unknown AERIAL phenomenon. Elizondo wasn't "assigned to" ATIP, he adopted the name and created his own brief after the real Pentagon UFO secret unit AAWSAP (which had received $21m in funding) got axed and so no longer was using ATIP as its in-house cover name. This distinction was disregarded in the famous 2017 NYT article, which cast Elizondo as its main source, in order to inflate his status. While he definitely is the face of the disclosure effort involving many insiders that attracted a journo free of the usual herd mentality like Ross, it was a bit silly to have launched him into public view using an element of deception that has had to be perpetuated. The responsibility rests with the planning group involving "To the Stars Academy" folks, Chris Mellon and others rather than just Elizondo. They seem to have gotten away with it, but it was a dumb way to kick things off.
