He has about 10 years worth of bench progress videos. He has videos before that showing newspaper columns from his school competitions with numbers relative to his development. He only trains bench with some light back and tricep accessories. He dropped 315 on his chest in one of his gym videos and took time off. He always looks the exact same size (so not only is not fake, he’s not on gear either). He benches three times a week every single week. Well... that should help with the doubt

Update6 months and I'm still loving this bench. kzbin.infoUgkxo_64lVTGMk7y4aXTPxPOcQ3YTLyQ6kYV I use it almost daily. I've gotten used to the small wobble and it's no problem at all. Love the storage, it folds right next to my weight set in the garage and hardly takes any space. I wish the covering material was a little bit tougher. I have a feeling that in a couple years it'll tear, but the bench is very well priced that I would just buy a new one.3 month usage review. Awesome bench for someone looking for compactness and storage. I did have to drill a couple holes to adjust my preferred seating position and leg bar position but that's only due to my personal preference. It's very sturdy for normal workouts, but for anyone going above 100# dumbbell press it wobbles ever so slightly. I would probably go with a fixed bench if that's the case. That being said i can accomplish 99% of my normal gym workout with this setup. Very happy with the purchase.

bohdi sativa You have no comprehension of how the body works, how steroids work, and quite evidently, how to use your brain. Even if he were to be on gear (which he isn't given his physique), the level of strength required would have to be very high in the first place. Steroids aren't magic, they don't increase neuromuscular efficiency. It will only help with recovery. This guy is a bench press specialist with extraordinarily efficient genetics. Now hop off you awnry pea brained hate monger.

@@JokerisWild4 You can literally see the tension in his leg from leg drive at that time stamp. Also I’ve watched all his videos and he’s spoken about it before. He uses leg drive and he’s said it himself. You are a rude clown who can’t accept being wrong. You won’t go far in life like that. Also he does have a slight arch which he’s also spoken about. It’s more obvious in videos where he’s wearing a tank top.
@JokerisWild44 жыл бұрын
@@Chris-hz8lj lol you have no idea what a proper arch looks like, nor leg drive. His back is completely flat. The balls if his feet are lifting off the ground during his heaviest lift. This is NOT proper leg drive. Proper leg drive has you pushing your body along the bench for proper posterior chain activation. This isn't even close. But sure, continue arguing when you don't know your ass from your elbow.

The barbell back squat is the dumbest exercise. The dumbell squat is vastly superior as there is no bar placed in your back and you still have to use your arms and core and shoulders and legs. The numbers just don’t look as impressive.
