This is the best secondary that Georgia has had in years. 29 (Smith) is a beast at safety with playmaking abilities and a consistent tackler. I was also glad to see 70 (McClendon) at OT get a couple pancakes. 88 Carter is just country strong, he put several Oregon OL on their backs.

Good shit on this video Murf. It was good to see the improvement in the backups that have been waiting their turn. It looks like Coach Smart is in reload mode. It was also good to see the backups have that goal line stand at the end of the game as well. That shows a lot about the standard that has been set. I’m also ready to slap any fan that talks shit on Stetson, because like you said in the video, if he has any struggles they will start that mess back up again. He was impressive in the pocket and going through his progressions. I’m excited to see how the season goes, especially as guys like Blaylock work themselves back into the fold. The offense will be special this season.

He's smart might not be able to bomb it but he's accurate and the decision making is impressive. Congrats to the UGA coaching staff finally letting the offense show out. Ohio State looked good. People rarely talk about McClendon, but he’s consistent, and has started since he got a chance to play after he stepped into that first game of 2020 vs Arkansas. I don't think Kenny is faster than James Cook, but he might be more talented overall. Both have great lateral quickness and can change directions well and both are great receivers

I noticed that Stets had way more confidence in this game. Which is crazy to say from what he already had last year. But I also feel like he was more patience in the pocket. Him going through pre read progressions and and post snap is way better than last year. And my God the amount of options he has to go through is in. And I have been screaming since McIntosh’s freshman year he was the best all around back UGA has. Oregon was a little overrated starting the year but only time will tell. Great breakdown Murph

You were highlighting poor execution and rightly so! I was making just a general comment about the top tier teams. To add to your point Murph, Bama got their butts beat by Georgia in the natty. A team they handled fine in the SEC champ game. Their backups weren’t ready to go, and they should have been. It’s truly a cautionary tale of preparation and execution.
