Uganda Discovers More Gold

A geological survey conducted across Uganda has found more gold deposits in the East, Central and Southern parts of the country.
Uganda's mineral authorities confirmed the gold deposits could be valued at more than 10 billion dollars. CCTV's Hillary Ayesiga reports

If Uganda isn't careful China will have drunk all their oil and bought up all their gold. These resources are non-renewable, so when they're exhausted what will Uganda do? How is the money being used? Is there any transparency?
