They are very good people, but they also dont understand carcinogenic influence of some western countries on their lives. When I said about strength for aggression,it was my professional opinion,as I know exactly what military equipment those countries have and level of training in both armies. Without any doubt, nobody can do aggression without foreign help,and we all knows who would potentially give that help and for what purpose. That said, be sure that US will find the way to help both sides in potential conflict to spill as much blood as possible,and to benefit from it. Also,I would love to hear more about situation,especially in Kenya,if you want to share your opinion. Thanks for reply Victoria

Kenya is fence sitting between the west and china you can't call our leadership purely pro western...Chinese influence in Kenya is almost surpassing western influence especially in trade and investment in infrastructure not to mention loans from China...Kenya can't be said to be fully pro western Kenya has also refused to openly condemn Russia so that also says something...and the general Kenyan population is quite religious and conservative unlike general western society and leadership which is liberal leaning... Kenya's association with the west is mostly because of our former colonial masters Britain and if you know anything about Africa you know most former colonies retain strong links to former colonizers especially British there has been growing anti french sentiment in former french colonies in Africa but the British Commonwealth is pretty functional even non british colonies like Rwanda have recently joined...and Kenya's relationship with the US is important to Kenya because the US supports Kenya's military and intelligence in anti terror operations to combat the terrorism that plagued Kenya from the American embassy bombing in 1997 to the more recent Al shabaab attacks so Kenya needs US support in military equipment and intelligence so both relationships are out of necessity and not necessarily out of a strong liking for western ideals and values in my opinion

Firstly you assume that just because they have been dealing with self actualized conflicts far longer that they are better and capable. I mean anyone with "bigger guns" can simply just wipe them off. Another assumption is that the Kenyan Military understands conflict through intelligence reports, correct I bet they do, just like any other millitary but it would be foolish for anyone to assume that they can't dish out same as if not more than the combined forces of UG, TZ and RW. To be fair, fighting against one another in your EAC, would be a loss for all nations involved. There would be no winner. Another assumption is you mentioned that Congolese being relatives of UG and RW, true but don't all the EAC countries have blood ties through intermarriage? To say UG has leaders, well rather all EAC countries have leaders, it's just a joke.. cause correct me if I am wrong, what have those "leaders" done for their countries for all these past years. Seeing young countries like UAE surpass the EAC countries who had a headstart is just sad. About the eager to prove is a man Muhoozi, there is no one he is a threat to. One can be in a school where his father is the principal and they will act bratty and being a bully and that will give him the illusion that he is special and untouchable. Kenya may not be too prosperous economically or militarywise, however, if i were the stupid zombie-like son of the tired n insensitive old dictator, then perhaps i would learn some few things ranging from Democracy, Economic growth, freedom of expression among the citizens (esp during election period), and championing the peace n stability within the East African Region. But unfortunately am not!!

The reason why you don't hear much about Kenya's military is because we repeatedly choose peace with our neighbours eben when they step on our toes. The most recent example was when somalia tried to make us landlocked. We have troops in somalia that could choose to wipe them out. We also host the biggest influx of somali refugees in the world. We did not throw them out . We will not be patient forever though
