😢Sir, bahut negative change hai, because jrf me age limit hoti hai, ab general category 30/35 se above hoto ab unko phd me fellowship k saath admission nahi milega. Secondly, ye net k through phd me admission to ohke bi milta tha but phle bina jrf walo ko bi sirf net k basis pr fellowship mil jaati thi, inhone paise bachasne k liye aur free me researches krwane k liye ye sab kiya, But kai logi ki life barbaad hogi isse
