UGC must scrap PhDs awarded to those who take up desk jobs after completing it with tax payers money. Those who are awarded PhD must submit at least one paper every five years.

But what will happen with the subjects of social sciences does it mean that if a politician has a UG degree in political science he will be considered fit for professor of politics ?
