I’m going to try this on my own oldies but favorite UGGS. Those are cute cool UGGS, worth the effort.

Thanks for mentioning why you made the choice to use all purpose cement instead of shoe goo - super helpful info

Shiloh, yeah shoe goo may work, but this repair is holding up nicely a year later. Granted we are in Southern CA, so my wife doesn’t wear them year-round, but it did turn out to be a solid fix. Good luck with yours!

I personally have noticed that I get a stronger, longer lasting bond if I let the 2 pieces set separately and then heat em and bond them. Just my experience tho. Good work nonetheless 👍🏼

How are they holding up?

Sarah, they held up well last year, it’s not quite UGG weather here yet, so we’ll see how they do this year very soon.

I have a uggs that i need to dye and glue at sole. Should do the gluing first or dye first

I would probably do the dye first and then the glue mainly to avoid dying the sole. Good luck!
