Ugly Drum Smoker Build with Access Door. "The Dark Horse"

Awesome UDS Build for my Friend Aaron Webb.
Parts From UDSParts.com The Access door was easy to install and I will be using this option more often. Gives access to the Firebox, easy access to cooking on the bottom grate and takes the hassle out of cleaning out the bottom of the drum.

Nice! Curious, do you find the single 2 inch exhaust works better than multiple exhaust holes in the lid?

Scott, I used to use pinwheel dampers with 8 3/4 holes. But now I only use the single exhaust, I really like the simplicity of the 2 inch exhaust and keeping the smoke as far off the lid as possibly.

Suggestion: Try turning your phone on it's side to record. That allows the video to fill the whole screen on KZbin instead on a small section.
