The secret ingredient that you are looking for in nasi goreng is MSG 😅. As u already mentioned,.. it is unhealthy 😊. By the way if you miss Indonesian food, the Indonesian community in Birmingham is massive. I believe there is 1 or 2 Indonesian restaurant there. Pre-packed recipes usually available in local China town. Thank you for spreading good words about my country. 🙏😊

Not true ... You need garlics and shallots or you can search youtube on uncle rogers's fried rice.

Who is uncle Roger that you talking about? Is he an Indonesian? No, I think he is Malaysian. Chloe is not curious about the fried rice made by uncle Roger. She's curious with fried rice made by "warung" in Indonesia. And in fact, they often add a lot of MSG in their cooking. So, don't make comments that out of the context.
