I think I'm buying this for my future Mac mini M4 that only has USB-C ports. Is Power Delivery needed? I see that the video in the monitor appears only after you connect the power delivery. I won't use the HDMI port but only the USB-A for mouse and flash drives or pen drives or external hard drives.
