Mahalo nui for sharing your important mahi (work) to help maintain traditions. We here in Aotearoa can learn so much from one another and here is another example. I look forward to coming together soon.

Aloha au i nā pohaku! Every since I was a little girl. I often talk to them, hug them, sing to them in nature. I have always seen them as ancestors, without being taught this. Our bones know.

I cannot imagine the destruction caused when the western influences came and tried to wipe out this culture of mana along with culture and religion and traditions it is so inspiring to see uncle billy and other masters restoring historical and religious sites to be a rebirth of such an amazing culture I am humbled , enlightened and proud
