When I was at school, in choir, we did this song, it was unbelievable hearing so many people singing it when it came to performance.

I love this song :) I first heard part of it in a documentary about Kristallnacht years ago. It has haunted me not hearing the rest of that song until now. Thank you, great video

wow, very moving.Just like all the innocent children of all ages - so beautifull! Thank you for posting this video. The world needs to see the affects of our decisions. Life,War and Death is not a board game we can close, put on a dusty shelf and forget about when we go to bed at night. No matter what country we are in we need to evolve and keep our fighting to round tables before we errivocably change lives we've never known. Thank You For the Song, love lisa. "must we" is my song. Peace to all.

V' chee-te-too charvo tam le-ee-teem, va cha-nee-to-tey-hem le-maz-me-rot. ^----That translates to "Dear God, please hear us - Listen to our prayer, and help us do Thy will upon this earth." That's what they sing in the song: 2:40. Hope that helped :]

The lyrics are from Isaiah 2:4. Do you want them in English, Hebrew, or hebrew transliteration? The English words are: And they shall beat their swords into plowshares, and their sword into pruning hooks. Nation shall not lift up sword against nation, neither shall they learn war any more.

💛A BEAUTIFUL SONG OF HOPEFUL PEACE WHICH IS INTENDED FOR THOSE OF WICKED AGGRESSION TO PAUSE OVER THEIR INCESSANT MAD DEEDS OF UNNECESSARY WAR WHICH THROUGH ITS DESTRUCTION FOR SUCH VIOLENT BEINGS GARNERS SICK PLEASURE INSTEAD OF HEAVY REMORSE OF LAMENT. PEACEFUL PERSONS ECHOE STRAINED CALLS OF PEACE YET AGGRESSORS SADLY RELENT PEACEFULLY NOT UNLESS CORNERED BY FORCE TO STOP. SUCH IS THE SAD REALITY OF THE UNPEACEFUL IN PURSUIT OF FABRICATED MAN MADE WARS. TASSIE DAVISKIBA.💛

Oh, and the other Hebrew part is "Lo yisa goy el goy-cherev velo yeel-me-doo od meel-cha ma...Lo yisa goy el-goy cheh-rev velo yeel-me-doo od meel-cha ma" That's the "Lay down your arms" refrain part.

Well I'm jealous. My school wouldn't sing this. Actually no-one at my school has even heard of it. Plus as far as I know no-one there can speak Hebrew.
