Is it so! If we are reading our mail box then we are using IMAP and while sending Mail we are using SMTP?

For reading we have imap / pop / get outlook - for sending we have send outlook and Send smtp For outlook we need to have the licence of outlook … otherwise for others we use smtp

@@MukeshKala yes I have checked the outlook video which was on Hindi channel. I am practicing with Gmail so when I tried the same types by adding credentials in orchestrator and get them in the studio it's showing me exception as failed.

Seems like gmail have updated the policy … in the password you can use your actual gmail password and try

As of now I am not actually using outlook on my machine , for this error , pls re validate the folder name you have put and trim the extra spaces

This is an Authentication Error .. The Password is not getting authenticated , check for extra spaces and typo in the input strings

Outlook does not require credentials , it takes the credentials from the outlook software installed on the machine

Hello, This Error means that you are trying to get some values from a collection which is not there in the dictionary ... Please validate the Key which you have passed and the Collection is not empty
