I pulled out on to a dual carriageway once, late at night, I could see a biker coming down the fast lane but way behind me so I pulled out into the fast lane doing 70 by then. I didn't realise he was doing over a ton. Perhaps I wasn't focused because I was leaving the John Radcliffe Hospital where my son was being treated for pneumonia. I'm sorry to that biker, I'm sure your hurry was justified. True story but even if not, perhaps we should all be more tolerant because you don't know what someone else is going through.

The cam driver was going faster than the truck that was in the inside lane ahead; he was sensibly planning his overtake early because there was a van behind him that would have blocked him in if he moved into the inside lane, which would have caused him to slow down. The van behind him could have overtaken him in the outside lane just like the idiot car drivers did. You can see that he was travelling faster than the truck, and then sensibly slowed down to maintain distance from the idiots in the cars that were trying to kill each other.

It's not the test centres that are to blame , the examiner has around 40 mins to test the competency of the student driver so all the student driver needs to do is show a level of competency within that time, unfortunately as with more than a few people who finish an exam or test they think to themselves "well that's over now I can do whatever I want as I am the best because I passed" and go on to endanger themselves and everyone else fully believing that it's all someone else's fault.

Crossing a road on foot in a random place is fully legal in the UK and if you start crossing before a car appears coming you have a priority. Not smart from the pedestrian's point of view in some cases like the one above, but cars must still give way.

But, what-ever we want to differ about, the middle and outside lanes are for overtaking, not for just staying in and tootling along at the same speed as the articulate lorry on the inside lane, that’s it.

6:20 So you "definitely" indicated despite the fact the audio strangely cuts out at the roundabout. More importantly though, the way you move to turn right was done in the stupidest way possible. Your car is headed in the direction of the continuing road, up to the point where the white car is basically at the line. You then whip the car hard right. Next time, do go around the roundabout, but aim slightly more to the right so that it's clear from the position of your car where you're headed. The white car should have done much better, but it's almost like you were trying to make that happen

@Daniel-S1 They are in lane 2 for 1, the gap to be in 1 would have been less than 2 seconds to the tanker, 2, the anticipation for the slip lane ahead may have moved out early for this and although a little slow maybe but they are making progress on the tanker for the overtake at least initially. 5:25 you may have indicated right, but your approach speed coupled with the possible poor visibility with the low sun may have made it difficult to see your indicator. That being said, they were still in the wrong for going when they couldn't be sure you weren't turning. And also, great job stopping in time. My only advice would be to take the above factors into account, there are a lot of liabilities on the road.

Yep irrespective of what the 2 cars are up to in lane 3 the cam car driver was lane hogging however I suspect there was something more than a bit of tailgating going on between the Micra and Vectra, there's no way the Micra would hold it's own against the Vectra, the Vectra driver could have quite easily got away from the Micra.
