UK Golden Memories Sahaja Yoga

Pat Anslow with his sister, Maureen, reminisce their first India Tour in 1976-77 (the very first India Tour in Sahaja Yoga quite likely) with Her Holiness Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi.
In this Centenary Year of Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi's Birthday Celebrations, the brother-sister duo remember their visit to the Himalayas for She is Shailputri, the daughter of the King of the mountains.
On this visit i.e. India tour Douglas Fry, Tony P, Gregoire KM, Gavin & Jane were with Pat & Maureen. They visited Mumbai, the Ajanta Caves, (29 Buddhist Cave monuments carved out of the mountains, first build around second century BCE, a fine example of paintings and sculpture depicting emotions through gestures, pose and form) and Ellora caves, the Temple of one of the Adigurus, Sainath of Shirdi, Agra, Delhi, Benaras, Patna and Nepal among other places.
