yes definitely, but it will cause a lot of problem as a student must have the ability to speak and answer in English. other visa categories are ok with this.

Sir ihs fee payment date say backward 30 days ki statement show krni hoti ha na? Including that date when the IHS and visa fee is being paid?

firstly, by rule ap k pas original statement of about 1 week the day you are traveling honi chahiye, to avoid any inconvenience. Lekin, it is ok to have a bank statement of any date BUT! ap ko answer ana chaiye agrwo boly k yeh purani to kya khna? ya abhi pesy hai ya ni to kya khna? just dont panic! be confident
