Hey, Can you help me here. My some savings are in my axis bank account. In theri bank balance certificate I don't see any email id, now UKVI people have started their verification on my application and it is not straight fwd. I don't know whom they are going to contact in axis bank. Although I have raised a concern on UKVI wherein I have provided them the bank representative direct number and branch head email id. Not sure if they will consider the same. I can visit my bank and update them but no idea how UKVI officers will reach them.

I opened the account with 25 L. So my doubt is Do they calculate the minimum amount? Also is it not okay to debit or credit any amount from the account throughout the 28 days?
