The number coming in illegally on inflatables at about 30/40,000 is far too much but is small beer to the 'legal' number. This 'legal' number is easy to control, it just needs the will. We also need to introduce a two-tier citizenship whereby for the first ten years of residency (minimum) the second-tier citizens do not have the franchise and they must contribute to a Government medical fund for treatment.

Immigrants commit less than half the crime of British citizens, making the UK literally statistically safer lol. They also can’t claim benefits, so they actually work hard and keep essential sectors like the NHS and agriculture running. Real problem is that 9 million Brits are jobless and leaching off of the benefits system (aka taxes that immigrants pay, ironically), while immigrants are driving the economy
@badgertheskinnycow

Many people find it hard to make sense of and compare these figures - so let me help with that. Todays updates to the numbers mean that under the Tories, more immigrants came into the UK IN JUST the last 3 years (2021+2022+2023) - than came into the UK during THE WHOLE of the last Labour Governments THIRTEEN YEARS in power. Now read that again. (Net figures.)
