Hi, could I say the patent will be most likely to be granted if it goes to the publication? I mean as long as there’s no objection, then you should get a pass?

An examiner will assess it against novelty, usefulness and various other criteria. You then have a chance to respond to any objections. Normally the scope of protection gets significant refined and narrower during this process but hopefully you can get something through to grant.
