Yes you can, but the timeframes will be a lot tighter and you also need to check what the auction terms and conditions are.

Hi Arsh, Can you make a follow up video to this one on how to deal with bmv properties with structural issues, as a deal sourcer, before to contacting your investors. Would you splash out on surveys yourself or just repeat what the vendor has told you, to you investors? Also, would be nice if you can make a detailed video on strategies to find and build a list of investors. Thank you for your educating videos. Regards Marcus

Not knowing the condition of the property or the work it needs i would be careful looking into such auction houses - you would have to pay more to refurbish it which adds more to the capital . Buying to sell this [property would have low margin of profit if any for the time and effort you would have put . Don’t mis lead people . It’s not as easy as he says it is . If you can’t sell after refurbishing you are stuck with paying mortgage on it hoping it has decent rental market .

Yes there is a guide price, but the reserve must be within 10% of the guide to therefore you can calculate roughly what you could purchase a property for ;)
