Hi John great info, I have a small plot of land with PP for three houses in Sussex, near the coast, I don’t need to sell at the moment fortunately, don’t have a mortgage. In your opinion good idea to Sell or hold on until the land sales are a stronger? And Any thoughts when that might be? Thanks,

If you don’t need to sell don’t sell depends what you want to do with it is your intention to build it out or just sell with outline planing?
