Loving your investigations at Mill Street Barracks. I also heard whistling when I went in March. I was in the main drill hall upstairs looking over the balcony. The whistle was so clear that I didn't even think it was paranormal at first. I thought it was a mate setting up some equipment below me. I came down stairs to see but I was the only person there. Brilliant place.
