I am a british citizen currently working in China as a Teacher, and my wife is a Chinese national, I plan on moving back to the UK to complete my PGCE at the university of oxford and then get a job teaching in a uk school, whilst doing my PGCE at the university i will receive student tuition loans from the students loan company and also a teaching bursary offered by the government due to the demand for teachers. I have started my application to join my husband in England, however when we get to the payment for the IHS the figure is more than what we know it should be. It's like we are being ask to pay for 3 years instead of two and half. What are the possible cause of that? This is our second time doing the application and the same result at the pay section.. Next thing is that we were quoted 2 different figures as well $3844.22 and $3462.57 USD.

I have one question I was hoping you can answer? I am applying for a fiance visa with me being my fiance's sponsor as I'm a UK citizen.
