Hi, I will be greatful if you can help. My husbands spouse visa expired 22 October and he overstayed for a couple of weeks. Unfortunately we couldn’t extend the visa at the time due to him being furloughed and us juggling all other finances. We met all requirements but COVID sadly had a huge impact on us like most people. I spoke to the home office and they said I would need to apply outside of the Uk as my husband is no longer here and to submit all documents as normal explaining the late application too. Hello sir, This is Mohammed Faizan from india. I have applied for student visa September intake 2020. But UKVI has refused my Tier 4 student visa without proper verification. They have mentioned in refusal letter that I have shown false funds documents. Which is completely wrong. I have submitted genuine loan letter they haven't verified. Hello, an appeal can take up to a year depdening on how busy the courts are, we are currently seeing appeals being heard in around 8 months. You can send us your refusal for review, as it may be quicker to reapply if you meet all the requriements.

Hello There, My dependant visa is got refused under paragraph ST 32.4, 32.5 and 32.6 of Appendix ST: Student of the Immigration Rules. Under administrative review I've appeal to this error by submitting Our marriage proofs certificate/photographs, Perosnal chat/calls history, Property sale deed, Rental agreement, Bank Transactions etc to prove our marriage is genuine.
