Is there any problem, my agent put 38 days before my class startes on the visa application. I asked him to change but he told it won't be a problem. But then i heard that students can only go 28 days before the course.

Hi Devyani, first of all this is a really great and informative video, thanks a lot for this video. Secondly, as my university is a state university and it will take at least 6-8 months to receive original degree. Can I go ahead with the process with a provisional degree certificate issued by the university? And can I put entry date one month prior to starting of my studies while applying for visa?

Yes. You have to mail the admissions team though. Depends on each university.

Hey, I had my biometrics for UK student visa done today on 16th August. As suggested by my consultancy I carried my documents checklist for the appointment but the VFS did not ask me to fill up the documents checklist n took it as it is. So my documents checklist is empty. (I had booked a premium service for 3.5k n it included free documents verification n I have self uploaded my documents). So please tell me would my visa be rejected for this?

Check video 1. You don’t need to submit conditional/ unconstitutional letters you need CAS. And accommodation is recommended. Checkout my video on that

Why would someone not accept a taxi as a valid answer? I personally don’t think hauling 50-55 lbs of baggage via a subway or a public bus as wise option.

Absolutely! But many come with high loans. Spending 10k on a taxi is not comfortable for everyone! But yes it depends individually and their financial status

@gauravkamble3811: I'd be happy to answer your queries! 1. Yes, the UK often accepts work experience gained during your education, which can be a valuable addition to your application. 2. You will generally need to provide transcripts and mark sheets for your bachelor's degree, including any backlogs or ATKT subjects. 3. Having lower marks in the last 4 semesters of your graduation may affect your application, but it depends on the university and program. You can compensate for this by demonstrating other strengths in your application.

That would be a problem! Make an affidavit for it stating that the name on your passport and your mark-sheets is the same person!

August is still okay. But you will have to pay extra 30k for priority visa. No idea but usually people book it asap. You cannot do the online application without making a booking though.

In some cases you have to show university. That time 28 days is not necessary but again depends on the uni. You need to ask your university on what is required for CAS it depends. I did not need to show finances for cas

You cannot apply for visa without CAS. Check the part 1 video. After you get cas, and have your bank documents and tb test done you can apply for visa. Usually in July now seems too early.

Hi Kaushal! For standard student visa applications from India, you can expect to receive a decision in around 15-30 days once you attend your biometrics appointment. This can vary though - some are faster, some take longer. I'd recommend following up with UKVI if it goes beyond 30 days with no update.
