I heard that the UKVI actually verify the bank statements from the banks, is it possible that some banks will not reply to messages sent to them by the UK visa and immigration for the verification of account statement from their Banks. What may actually be the reason why someone will be denied VISA on the ground that their financial institution did not respond to verify the account statement sent to them.

Hi! I need to apply for a Student visa and I have the C1 Cambridge certificate, which is accepted by my university, but it doesn't mention it in the UK government website. Should I take another test or will I be fine with the one I currently have? Thanks xx

As long as it's accepted by your university, then you're good. The university should state it in your CAS that you've met English language requirement.
