Check on your ticket what they allowed They wrote on our tickets 23 kg and 23 kg 2 suitcases total 46kg And hand luggage was 6 kg

They said If 23 mentioned ur weight shouldn't increased from 23 kg I kept 20 in one and 26 in one they said take out 3 kg from 26 kg bag when I took out some luggage weigh was 23.4 kg they said take out .4 aswell 😔really disappointed

Sister how strict are they with hand luggage? Can you take the normal cabin trolley or does it have to be the smaller one?

With my hand luggage I was surprised they get through even though they look big in size ...she told me to put my hand lugage in measurement where they check handbags dimensions but luckily it was just about to fit in ....make sure everything check front your tickets before set off to avoid problems 💞

Common sense; 40kg means 2 suits of 20kg each and 46kg means 23kg each. No one ever asked why the individual luggage should not exceed more than 23kg? The ground handling staff complained about back injuries and the providers could not keep up with the claims then they decided the bags should not weigh more than 23kg per piece. It is up to you how to divide and round it up to your exact total. Vlogger is complaining one bag was 23.4kg and the other 20kg. Not sure why she could not place the 0.4kg in the 20kg bag?

It’s not an airline policy it’s IATA policy you should check some basic knowledge before travelling. If any airline gives you more than 30kg then you have to divide in 2 bags. Sister it was totally your fault you were travelling with lack of knowledge.

It can b people fault but atleast they should behave good and let us to distribute luggage into other bags those are less then 23kg but instead that they asking for money that is 120£ for only 6kg extra even though that weight not extra overall...that was only in one bag ....was very disappointed and that day not only was me ....many passengers was complaining may b it was Manchester Airport or airline but we saw so much hassle that day....and flight was 1 hour late aswell 😔
