What is the goal here? is it to shut down the Suez Canal? If they do that and then close off the passage to the straight of Hormuz, then that could create a real problem for European countries. It should not affect products being shipped to the US from China as they use the Pacific and pass through the Panama Canal.

So when he says 250% increase let me put this into context for just me. I live on my own now I drive a tiny Citroen c1 so compared to these monsters people drive now my petrol is a lot less it’s £40 a month- used to be £30 a month before the rises already. Now my shopping is the same £40/£50 a month so if there is a 250% increase on these things too you are talking JUST FOR ME £140 a month on food and £140 a month on petrol now that’s enough to cause me to move back home to my mam’s because I will no way be able to afford those prices. That’s before my already £90 a month energy bill takes a turn for the worst now that would be £400 a month if we are talking 250% increase on this too. I mean you are talking the EXTREME here but that’s just perspective… it’s frightening to even think about it
