UK vs CANADA - the differences that i noticed 👀

I moved to the UK after getting married and these are the CULTURE SHOCKS and things I've noticed in the last 5 years that are very different from Canada. This isn't everything, of course, but the most obvious that stuck out to me. Let me know if I missed anything in the comment section!

London and South East England, in particular, have hard water. It passes through chalk and limestone rocks. That's the white residue. The advantage is it has extra calcium and minerals, so drink up! Mostly people in Europe shop a couple of times a week, so there is no need to stock up like a grocery store at home as opposed to monthly in North America hence small fridges! Particular makeup look you describe is definitely Essex. Like all the accents in the UK, the looks vary region to region, no uniform look !

I actually just googled an entire geographical map and now have the answer aha. You're totally right - it depends on location. I've been filtering that water like crazy aha. I guess Tesco EXPRESS now makes sense with the whole shopping so frequently. and YES DEFO an Essex look FOR SURE!
