You need to start as usual... band 5 staff nurse... but later you can be promoted to higher levels based on your competency... not only based on your educational level... Here lots and lots of MSc nurses are working as staff nurses...

As per the NMC criteria there is no need of experience but most of the hospitals are recruiting candidates with minimum 6 to 1 year experience because lots of applicants.. Anyway 2nd check with reliable agency...
