The invitations has already went out. She had two huge red flags and she ignored it. My mother had been attractive and she was jealous of my youth and good looks. I got a lot of attention from men. Took decades to realize I was attracted to the wrong men. I found the nice men that would have been good husbands boring. ~~~~~~ I was living in a sheltered environment with my aging parents before I was married. I had not dated in high school. I wasn't allowed to attend social events. In 1978 to 1980, Diana was living in a flat in London with girlfriends. London was a party city. The drinking age was 18. Diana dated at least 8 guys between 1978 and 1980. She had more experience than I had. The marriage between Charles and Diana was a mistake. It was primarily an arranged marriage and not a love match. If you read about their courtship, proposal, and engagement you would know he didn't love Diana. I suspect when he was pressured into proposing to Diana, he expected she would say no. Diana wasn't living under a rock. Diana knew of Charles's bachelor lifestyle and she knew he didn't end his intimate relationships with women, including Camilla, until the day before the wedding. Charles even told Diana he didn't love her before the wedding. It was too late to cancel the big wedding. Charles ended his intimate relationships with all the women he was seeing. He was never willing to end his friendship with Camilla and Diana knew it. Camilla is the most emotionally supportive person in his life. Their friendship is the core of their relationship. Charles was seeing a lot of women in the 1970s, he was not focused on an intimate relationship with Camilla. Diana knew in 1980 that Camilla was Charles's best friend. Diana was jealous of the boys nannies. Diana accused Charles of cheating with nanny Tiggy and he wasn't. If the boys became attached to a nanny, Diana fired the nanny. William told the story about when Diana fired nanny Barnes. He was devastated and became afraid of forming relationships with the nannies for fear they would be fired. Diana put her emotional needs ahead of her children's emotional needs. The boys spent more time with their nannies than their parents. It was normal for them to bond with the nannies. ~~~~ She fell in love with her bodyguard in 1986. Charles ended his intimate relationship with Diana in 1986. He renewed his intimate relationship with Camilla in 1986. ~~~~~ There are no perfect people. Everyone makes mistakes. Diana was responsible for her own decisions and actions. Her 1995 BBC Panorama interview was a mistake. She intentionally set out to hurt and undermine Charles and Camilla. Many of the videos created by Diana's fans are continuing to undermine Charles and Camilla. If people want to judge and undermine Charles and Camilla for mistakes made 35 or 50 years ago, then Diana should be judged for her mistakes too. Better yet, stop judging all of them.
