No need to remove float level, 1 remove center console 2 put transmission in P 3 un-bolt emergency brake lever from floor. 4 lift pump assembly up and tilt towards emergency brake lever, Now it's easy to remove complete pump assembly. Replacing assembly in tank. 1 spray silicone lube on inside of tank gasket, place gasket on tank, put pump assembly in tank in reverse order of removal.

This part you should not change unless it gives you troubles.This is a so called life time part as Honda describes it.
@SCS100002 жыл бұрын
Funny that Honda Maintenance Plan for normal conditions is saying every 80.000 km / 48 month (which ever comes first) and in servere conditions even every 40.000 km / 24 month for the fuel filter for my Jazz. But it's the same BS is being spread about A/T oils on a lot of car brands .. "orhh lifetime product" Honda says A/T oil change first time at 120.000 km / 72 month then every 80.000 km / 48 month. Servere conditions even first time at 60.000 km / 36 month then every 40.000 km / 24 month. My main car (XC90 D5 AWD Executive) has a no-oil-change reg. ATF under normal conditions they say from the dealer!! (Volvo manual is saying 120.000 km / 10 years) and servere conditions (which fits my use) every 60.000 km / 5 years. And that is .. as on the Jazz .. NOT a mashine flush, but manual oil change, drive 25 - 30 km, change - drive, change - drive, etc. 4 times so that 5. time oil change is with new gaskets, filter and topped up right (Honda even write that procedure in the shop manual, if no access to automated flush!). I don't like the Flush mashine, so ½ a day to change gear oil .. 😜 ..c"). Same with aircons/climat-controls .. give me a bottle, an oil/leak fluid dispencer, thermometer and a 3- way gauge, I want to see, whats going on .. not all those mashines and automatisation.
