@@lunkis3233 Don’t get me wrong…Attacking oil infrastructure in Russia is an excellent way to degrade the Russian military but, in the same way it could be argued that attacking electric production facilities in Ukraine degrades Ukraines ability to wage war. They both meet the definition of civilian infrastructure 🤷‍♂️
