Great news. I thought Ukraine might be doing something soon. Of the 14 new brigades Ukraine formed in 2024 I can only count 5 as in action. Really some just elements of a brigade. Thanks for the breaking news update! Too early to tell what exactly is going on, but I doubt that Ukraine is planning any large-scale operation, particularly once Russia delivers jamming resistant fiber-optic drones to their defense units. I also doubt that Ukraine plans to take any large cities or heavily defended areas, although they will certainly take advantage of any opportunities that present themselves. My feeling is that Ukraine has sensed some confusion or lack of coordination among Rusian units in this area, and so they are trying to take advantage of that. Could also be a diversionary attack in hopes of relieving pressure on Petrovsk or to start another offensive elsewhere, but I doubt that.

I’ve heard from another channel comments section that the 155th regiment(I think) that abandoned its positions around Pokrosk, that they had their new equipment stripped from their unit, that was from the French government. I wonder if this was pilfered to be used in Kursk. If so, then it would make a sort of sense…I guess. Still not sure it’s worth abandoning the strategic necessity to reinforce the east. It's a huge international black eye. China are looking and thinking if ruzzia can't even keep hold of their own land against a country a fraction of their size then they don't want to be backing the wrong horse. India are looking at Ukraine with a handful of NATO equipment steamrolling 50k ruzzian troops with their best military equipment and are definitely not buying any more military hardware from them. Every single day Ukraine is on ruzzian soil is a clear sign you can roll tanks onto their territory and get away with it. He's losing prestige on the world stage and that has value. Phillip.

Sryski is known as the butcher as during the Donetsk war he did a few operations that got a lot of his troops killed. He will do whatever it takes in Kursk to keep his job at the expense of his troops.
