70% of the total volume rear earth metals is concentrated in 3 regions. 1,Donetsk, 2, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast & 3, Luhansk. Donetsk & Luhansk are about to be taken by the Russian. Luhansk is already under complete Russian control. Yes, just 1 region, Dnipropetrovsk still remain under 🇺🇦 control.
