Missile is guided. Rocket is unguided. Missiles are typically rockets that are guided and contain explosives of some kind. The only difference is a rocket used for space missions. Those are the only instance, outside of military applications, that a rocket is guided.

I find it just funny they blame it all on russia that civillians get hurt, but by using the same mass weapons (i said mass because this isnt a precice gun its to bomb an area) which in the same way hit civillians, the machine doesnt care about which nation hand is holding the trigger, so for me that only russia is taking casulties on the "bill" isnt right when they use the same old weapon systems, and fire back at cities and areas where civillians are.

@@argento970 near Kherson that Russians occupy there's an airbase Chornobaivka and there are only 2 bridges to supply their army on the right bank of the Dnipro river with best location to do that in Chornobaivka. So they used to set up their ammo depos, command headquarters, helicopters and so on and kept getting smashed by artillery and maybe drones. It's become a meme that they always set up there and get blasted by artillery or drones. Moscow gave command to set up the base there and dictatorships are not known for flexibility and independent thinking (bad for dictators).
