It's friggin terrible the mindsets of ruSSian soldiers. They talk about shooting so many civilians, it's so wet where they are so all they do is drink vodka. It's crazy how they don't even want to do basic survival skills like building simple debris shelters to keep them dry, dig better trenches to actually protect you from the drones dropping grenades, and better camouflage. Pretty simple basic survival skills that can make their lives better but no they all pitch in their money for alcohol, cigarettes, and things that don't help them ! I feel kinda of bad for them but it's their choice to stay and fight instead of surrendering... I know some can't surrender cuz they'll get shot for trying . I haven't figured it out yet. In the Marine's we were taught to try to wound a target so you can take more people out of the action as they evac that person out. which is why we were also trained to carry a wounded Marine without any assistance. In most of the videos I have seen that involve Russian soldiers getting wounded, regardless of the extent of the injury, they all seem to run away from the situation. Not sure if it's a flight for survival situation, lack of training, or no attachment to that person (comradeship) or all of the above.

This channel doesn't really ever show equivalent clips from Russia which show their drone strikes on Ukrainian positions or clips showing Russian soldiers in a positive light. An example of a video I saw was helmet-cam of a group of soldiers carrying a wounded soldier on a stretcher while under precise artillery bombardment. Though, to be fair, if you read memoirs of WW2, you can also read a lot about situations in which the wounded were abandoned due to panic or because they thought trying to help the wounded in that moment would result in both being killed. So it is difficult to judge whether this problem really exists for Russia more than for other countries or if the videos shown by such channels are purposely chosen to show the worst of Russian soldiers' behavior. Could just be both: it does happen more often in the Russian army, but the videos we see from such channels only show examples of soldiers not being helped. Also we must consider the video was not extended. We don't know if a minute later they did help the guy or if they ran away or what.

@@quatchkopf3658 If it was a kamakazi drone like a switchblade then it has an equivalent explosive force to a 40mm grenade and is designed to be effective against soft skins like infantry or light armour. It's very effective against infantry in particular as when it explodes it has a shotgun effect towards where it was travelling. So the explosion itself doesn't really need to be larger than what is shown in the video, the Russian in front of the drone and the ones inside the small building will at the very least be seriously injured and quite possibly die.

The blast was so close his ears would have been ringing, short term eyesight at least impaired, likely concussion. Also he didn’t run off, he briefly moved from the blast area then returned. Yep, you can see it fly in slow compared with fired rounds, not all that large, but carrying enough to steadily attrite the enemy.

That was not a Missile, mortar or Artillery round. I would assume it was a Switchblade 300 Kami drone as the Blast was minimal.

These videos need to be an extra 20-30 seconds. It shouldn't just end with a boom or smoke. Maybe seeing a bit of the aftermath would educate many that what is going on and not a video game. That was the issue I had in 1991 with Desert Storm. It was all clean, cool, and neat...from an IR camera.
