A Ukrainian missile hit an apartment block inside Russia, the Kremlin said as cross-border attacks intensified.
Footage showed a large section of the 10-storey block in Bolgorod, which has been under Ukrainian attack for months, hit by a projectile and later collapsing.
At least seven people were killed and more than a dozen injured, Moscow claimed. The Telegraph could not immediately able to verify the Russian claims.

@@burritosls except , having looked at the video and geolocated the site …there is no record of a missile hitting the building . It could have come in very low from the North East but that’s from inside Russia . It could also be a bomb inside the building as it was a very large explosion , too big to be a domestic gas explosion . My best guess is that it was either a FSB false flag attack (they have history of doing that) or a big glide bomb that went wrong ….

According to osint, this building is located at the Northern part of belgorod, and the explosion happened from the North side. Most likely another guided bomb aimed at Ukraine has detached from russian plane.. anyway, 'Ukrainian missiles' have nothing to do with this. Just another cruel day in russia....

Whre is the "projectile"? Why CCTV video is soundless? According to video it can be a gas leak, which happened many times in houses like that when lack of maintenance. It can be anything.

Most CCTV is soundless. Also waiting for more info as to attribute cause. Gas? failed glide kit again? S300 trying to shoot drones? Missile strike from UA into RU doesn't really fit with UAF's usual methods. Though a strike vs some HQ or alternative that is supporting the new push across the border being subject to jamming or the like could also be possible.

everyone else says russia claimed to have intercepted it but debris hit the apartments and exploded. by the looks of it i would say that was about right from the angle it came at and looked unstable as it passed through. no doubt the missile was heading to another refinery i think ony one got hit last night

Ukraine was gradually forced into a defensive case. The occupation of Crimea was therefore planned long in advance. For me, we need to reserve judgement until we have all the facts, as we know Ukraine does not target civilians generally, and does it's best to avoid them. Unfortunately, sometimes when incoming Ukraine munitions are shot down they go off target and this can be the result, and I feel for the innocent people caught up in this. It is also possible they targeted off duty personal or could it be a false flag operation? The truth will come out, eventually...

That was my instinct, but I refrained from mentioning it until it had been proven. The CCTV conveniently does not show the whole picture, and the blast wave also looks similar to someone who has used some DET cord, etc... Thanks for sharing, I'll go check it out 🍻

Unfortunately, civilians bear the brunt of wars. This war should have never started or at least ended very soon. Both sides need to sit down and talk instead of taking dictations from outside. If France and Germany can work it out even after fighting WW2, I am sure Ukraine and Russia can do it too. But side down and talk about your mutual future rather than the interests of outsiders who are making tons of money out of this.
